1. Service Overview

Calvatron ("we", "us", "our") provides shared access to premium SEO, AI, design, and marketing software tools at discounted group-buy pricing. We purchase genuine subscriptions to these tools and provide shared access to our customers.

By purchasing access through Calvatron, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Account Access & Usage

  • Each purchase grants access to one (1) user only, unless otherwise specified.
  • You must not share, resell, or distribute the credentials we provide to you.
  • You must not change any passwords or account settings unless instructed to do so.
  • We reserve the right to revoke access if terms are violated.
  • Access is provided through shared credentials or browser extensions, depending on the tool.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Active subscriptions will not be affected by price changes.
  • Payment is processed through our Telegram bot via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
  • Your subscription begins once payment is confirmed and credentials are shared.

4. Uptime & Availability

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all tools.
  • We monitor all tool access around the clock and work to resolve any issues promptly.
  • If a tool experiences extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours), we will extend your subscription by the equivalent downtime period.
  • We are not responsible for downtime caused by the original tool provider (e.g., X3m@ru$h server maintenance).

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital access services, our refund policy is as follows:

  • No cash refunds are provided once login credentials have been shared with the customer.
  • If a tool is unavailable for more than 48 hours within your subscription period, we will provide:
  • — A replacement tool of equal or greater value, OR
  • — Account credit for the remaining subscription period
  • If we are permanently unable to provide access to a purchased tool, a full refund or equivalent credit will be issued.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the issue occurring.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund:

  • Sharing or reselling your access credentials to third parties.
  • Using tools for any illegal, unethical, or spam-related activities.
  • Attempting to modify, hack, or reverse-engineer any tool access.
  • Using automated bots or scripts to overload tool servers.
  • Changing passwords or account settings without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Calvatron acts as a shared-access reseller. We do not develop or own any of the tools listed on our platform.
  • We are not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or damages arising from tool usage.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific tool in question.

8. Privacy

  • We collect only the information necessary to provide our services (name, contact number, email).
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties.
  • Payment information is handled directly through UPI/bank transfer and is not stored by us.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
