Calvatron ("we") provides clinics with their own AI assistant on WhatsApp. This policy explains what information we handle for clinics and for patients who chat with a clinic's assistant.

1. Information we handle

Patients: WhatsApp number and profile name, the name you give, messages and photos you send, and care details your clinic enters (treatment, prescribed medicines and timings, next visit, conditions such as diabetes that affect care tips).
Clinics: clinic name, staff names and numbers that receive alerts, and account details.
Website visitors: details submitted through our demo form.

2. How it is used

To send care tips, medicine reminders and appointment messages on behalf of the clinic.
To answer patients' health questions with general care information, and to alert the clinic team when a patient needs an appointment or help.
To send festival wishes and recall reminders from the clinic, which patients can stop at any time.
To keep the service safe and improve its quality.

3. Who can see it

The patient sees their own conversation.
The clinic's doctor, nurse or front office sees a summary when there is an alert or appointment, and can view their own patients' conversations. A clinic never sees another clinic's patients.
Calvatron staff can access data only to run, support and secure the service.

4. Service providers

We use Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) to deliver messages, an AI model provider to generate replies, and database and hosting providers. They process data only to provide their services to us. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep patient data while the clinic uses Calvatron, or as long as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it. Demo form details are kept until you ask us to delete them.

6. Your choices

Reply STOP to stop all messages from a clinic's assistant. To see, correct or delete your data, contact the clinic or email business@calvatron.com.

7. Not for emergencies

The assistant is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call the clinic's emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.
